Birthday Pinwheel Layers

This is another card that we made at my stamp class just over a week ago.  The tool that this card showcases is the Color Spritzer (which splatters ink off a marker--in this case a Basic Gray Stampin' Write marker).  We used the same triple time technique that I used on this card.  The pinwheel comes from the Stampin' Up! Sweets for the Sweet set and is stamped in Daffodil Deight and Tempting Turquoise.  The Happy Birthday stamps is from the hostess set called Wacky Wishes.   I tied a bit of daffodil delight stitched grosgrain ribbon around the top layer and mounted all of the white layers on Tempting Turquoise card stock.
